1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays) after payment confirmation.

Please Note: During high-demand periods (e.g., holiday seasons, major sales events), processing may take an additional 1-2 business days. You will receive a notification email once your order is packed and leaves our fulfillment center.
2. Domestic Shipping (Within the United States)
We ship to all 50 U.S. states, except to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. We partner with USPS (United States Postal Service) and UPS to offer reliable delivery options. All domestic orders include package tracking.

Delivery estimates begin from the day your order ships, not the day it is placed. Delays due to carrier processing, weather, or incorrect addresses are not within our control.

Free Standard Shipping is automatically applied to qualifying orders (subtotal over $50) before taxes and after discounts.
3. International Shipping
We currently do offer direct international shipping outside of the United States. Customers may use a third-party package forwarding service at their own discretion and risk. [Zouwodi] is not responsible for any additional duties, taxes, delays, or issues arising from the use of such services.
4. Order Tracking & Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to the carrier’s tracking page. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to activate on the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address & Changes

Accuracy is Crucial: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

Address Changes: If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. Once a package is in transit, we cannot reroute it through the carrier.
6. Shipping Damages, Loss, or Issues

Damaged Package: If your package arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and notify us within 24 hours at [email protected] with photos of the damaged box and contents.

Lost in Transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days past its estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to locate your package and, if deemed lost, will arrange for a replacement or refund.

“Delivered” But Not Received: If tracking shows your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, and your local post office. If still missing after 48 hours, contact us, and we will assist in opening a carrier investigation.
7. P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO/DPO, and Alaska/Hawaii

We don’t ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS. Expedited and express shipping options are typically not available for these destinations, and delivery times may be extended.

Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery estimates for Standard Shipping may be longer than the contiguous U.S.

A: The carrier will typically leave a notice. You can follow the instructions on the notice to reschedule delivery or pick up the package from your local post office or carrier facility.
Q: My order is a gift. Can you include a price receipt?
A: Absolutely not. All packages are shipped in discreet, brand-themed packaging with only an order packing slip that does not display any pricing information, making it perfect for gifting.
